“If the leadership is not strong and focused, who will raise us from the ashes?” 2023 Jewish Educator Award recipient Rabbi Moshe Tropper, middle school vice principal at Emek Hebrew Academy, tells the audience that this recognition serves as a reminder of “the great responsibility that we have as educators.” In addition to sharing gratitude for his wife Sorah and colleagues, Rabbi Tropper acknowledges his parents, who raised seven children who have all gone on to enter careers in education.
