Rabbi Levi Solomon, principal of Emek Hebrew Academy, talks about the principal who hired him for his first Judaic studies teaching position in London and who also happened to be Solomon’s second-grade teacher. Solomon then thanks several other teachers, colleagues, and his wife. The rabbi has preserved the integrity of traditional learning at Emek while also encouraging the adoption of a modern project-based learning approach and establishing core standards with data-driven systems for Hebrew reading and Jewish general knowledge.
