Einav Telem asks students to stand, put their right hand over their left shoulder, and say “Kol Hakavod for me.” “I could not have done my job and get this honor without your help,” Telem says. “Without you coming into my room, meeting me in carpool, in the lunch area, showing respect, loving Israel, and loving Judaism. I am sharing this honor with you.”
